Restoran Malaysia restaurant in Kajang.
If people talk about Kajang, we always refer the place as satay. They are 2 famous in Kajang which is Satay Kajang Hj Samuri and Satay Kajang Nyok Lan @ Restoran Malaysia. For me, I prefer Nyok Lan Satay Kajang as they have variety of satay to choose. They have chicken, mutton, beef, fish and duck satay.
I went to the place with my sis, my cousin and my wife. I went to Kajang as i was about to sent my sis to her detention place aka prison at Bangi for training as we return back to KL from Nilai 3. Since Kajang not far from her detention place, so we decide to eat at Kajang to have our dinner. For sure the dinner must be a satay as Kajang famous for it.
The uncle barbecue the satay over the hot charcoal.
Close up view of the satay
See how hot the charcoal are.

Why does this Nyok Lan Satay worth the money than other satay in Kajang is because all the satay is marinate to perfection. You can eat the satay without dipping the satay in the peanut sauce. And the taste is marvellous and so good. The sweetish marinade flavour is lock with the meat is slightly charred.

The satay consist of beef, mutton and chicken.
Another view of the satay consist of beef, mutton and chicken.

The chicken satay consist of wholly of lean meat and it free from fat and chicken skin on the skewers. For the mutton, some people might think the meat is tough when you burn barbeque it.  But for this mutton satay, it different. The meat is not as tough as you think and there is no mutton smell on its as the marinate spices  covered the smell.
How nice the satay is. Wish i the shop just near to my apartment.

The prices for chicken and beef will cost you RM0.60 per stick and RM0.90 for lamb, mutton, duck and fish satay.

BBQ Chicken wings also sold here.

Beside than satay, the place also sell most Chinese cuisine but it serve no pork and can be said consider halal.
My favorite dish, kung fu yee mee. hahahaha
