Steam Fish Head @ 777 Restaurant Kota Damansara
It had been awhile since I last updated my blog. I think this will be my first post in the month of May 2010. It’s not that I forgot everything about my blog just I’d been busy with other matters. I did snap few photos but yet to process it and all are still stored inside my notebook hard disk. So, seem like today I’m a bit free, so I decided to process some of the photo and shared some of the places I went especially food.
Everyone loves fish and it’d been cooked in variety of ways. Some of us like it to be steam, fried or grill. So today I will share with you guys a place at Kota Damansara which serve a nice steam fish head. The stall operates at a kopitiam (coffee shop) named Seven Seven Seven. It located in front of the shop. I don’t know what type of fish they use but it look like a type of carp fish. You may choose either to have to be cooked with ginger or with spicy paste. For me, I mix both flavour when they cook the fish. You need to request for it as it is not in their menu.
The dish can be shared for 2 to 3 persons. Usually me and my wife will shared this dish together with fried vege. It’s enough for our dinner. The price of this dish is RM22- RM25 depends on the size of the fish.
The mix ginger with spicy paste steam fish head.
Close up on the gravy. Nice.
There is other specialty at the kopotiam operate by another stall which I yet to capture the photo which is the Fish Curry Head. One of the best dishes I found so far in KL. So, maybe next time I will post about it.
